Allen Taylor has been writing for the Web since the 1990s. I've been a freelance writer since 2006. Before that, I was a newspaper editor. I have written and published several books in two nonfiction genres and the speculative fiction genre.

I first began publishing books when Amazon introduced the Kindle in the early 2000s. My first attempts were poetry books. However, I quickly moved on to fiction and published the 3-part Biblical Legend Anthology Series in 2014 and 2015. These include the Garden of Eden Anthology, Sulfurings: Tales from Sodom & Gomorrah, and Deluge: Stories of Survival & Tragedy in the Great Flood.

Having specialized in blockchain and cryptocurrency content since 2018, I decided to write a book about a topic that no one else had tackled. Cryptosocial: How Cryptocurrencies Are Changing Social Media was published by Business Expert Press in 2022. A year later, I followed that with the independently published Web3 Social: How Creators Are Changing the World Wide Web (And You Can Too!).

As a Christian, I wrote and published my testimony titled I Am Not the King in 2021. Today, it is my bestselling title.

In addition to publishing my own books, I've ghostwritten, edited, and published books by other authors. I also travel with my wife and dog in a campervan while selling books on the road. Below is a picture of my mascot Hawthorne.
